Same-day delivery is available across Dubai for orders placed before 20:00 GST.

To qualify for same-day flower delivery in Dubai, your order must be successfully placed and paid before the cut-off time.

Below are the available delivery time slots for all flower deliveries within Dubai:

10:00 – 13:00
12:00 – 15:00
14:00 – 17:00
16:00 – 19:00
18:00 – 21:00
20:00 – 23:00

You may choose your preferred delivery time slot during checkout, subject to availability and order confirmation.

Next-day delivery is available for orders to be delivered across:

Sharjah

Ajman

Abu Dhabi

Al Ain

To qualify for next-day delivery, orders must be placed before 18:00 GST.

Next-day delivery is available to most areas, except selected remote locations where delivery may not be available or may require additional confirmation.

For next-day flower deliveries outside Dubai, the delivery time will be:

14:00 – 21:00 GST

This applies to flower orders delivered to Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain, except remote areas.

Please make sure all delivery details are correct before placing your order. This includes the recipient’s name, mobile number, full address, building or villa number, area, emirate, and any special delivery instructions.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may cause delays. Our team may contact the customer or recipient if additional location details are needed.

Delivery time slots are followed as closely as possible, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, peak seasons, or situations outside our control.

For Dubai orders, the same-day delivery cut-off time is:

20:00 GST

Orders placed after this time may be scheduled for the next available delivery date.

For Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain orders, the next-day delivery cut-off time is:

18:00 GST

Orders placed after this time may be delivered on the following available delivery date.
