Please be advised that all orders with a total value exceeding AED 300 are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once an order is successfully placed on our website, our system immediately begins the preparation process. This may include flower sourcing, supplier reservation, procurement of materials, preparation planning, and allocation of florists for your order. This process starts as soon as the order is confirmed, regardless of the scheduled delivery date.

Once an order is successfully placed on our website, our system immediately begins the preparation process. This may include flower sourcing, supplier reservation, procurement of materials, preparation planning, and allocation of florists for your order.

This process starts as soon as the order is confirmed, regardless of the scheduled delivery date.

Even if your flower delivery is scheduled for a later date, including deliveries set up to one week after the order date, the order will still be treated as final once confirmed. This is because flowers and related materials may be reserved or prepared in advance to ensure availability, freshness, and quality for your requested delivery date. For this reason, orders above AED 300 cannot be cancelled, refunded, or reversed after successful order placement.

Flowers are perishable products that require careful planning and timely preparation. After your order is confirmed, we may immediately reserve specific flowers, packaging, balloons, accessories, and other materials from our suppliers. Due to the perishable nature of floral products and the supplier commitments involved in preparing your arrangement, cancellation or refund requests cannot be accommodated once the order has been processed. This policy allows us to maintain quality, secure product availability, and provide fair service to all customers.

Customized orders, large flower arrangements, premium bouquets, flower boxes, flower baskets, balloons, and special request arrangements may require advance preparation and supplier coordination. Once these orders are confirmed, they are considered final and may not be eligible for cancellation or refund, especially when the order value exceeds AED 300.

Same-day flower delivery orders are processed quickly to meet the requested delivery schedule. Once preparation has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.Customers are advised to double-check all order details before completing payment, including: Delivery date, Delivery time, Recipient name, Recipient contact number, Delivery address, Message card text, Flower selection, Special instructions

Refunds are generally not available for confirmed and processed flower orders above AED 300. However, if there is an issue caused by our side, such as a confirmed incorrect order or a major delivery concern, customers may contact us for review. Each case will be assessed based on the order details, preparation status, delivery status, and supporting information provided. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval of a refund.

Due to seasonal availability and supplier stock changes, some flowers, colors, or materials may occasionally be unavailable. If this happens, Dubai Flowers may replace unavailable flowers or materials with similar items of equal or higher value while keeping the overall design, color theme, and quality of the arrangement as close as possible to the original order. This ensures your flower arrangement remains fresh, beautiful, and suitable for the occasion.
