Refunds and cancellations
We offer refunds on the following conditions;
- The wrong product was sent.
- The product is defective.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt. Please notify us and return the product in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavour to send you a similar product or refund the payment.
We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please contact us and our courier will pick up the product and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Subscriptions can be cancelled from your member page or through customer service.
Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery are effective immediately without any additional charges.
If the subscription is cancelled less than 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery, the final order will be charged for and delivered before the subscription is cancelled.
