Refund and Cancellation policy

We offer refunds on the following conditions;

1. The wrong product was sent.
2. The product is defective.
3. The product was damaged during shipping.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Customers can cancel their order within 1 hour; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Subscription cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled through our customer service. Please email us on [email protected] with subject: Subscription Cancellation.

If the subscription is cancelled less than 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery, the final order will be charged for and delivered before the subscription is cancelled.
