Delivery Information:

1. One of our Valentine’s day promises to you is that your flowers will be guaranteed freshness, with 100% Satisfaction guaranteed.
2. All orders are delivered through Dubai Flower’s temperature-controlled delivery vehicle.
3. Some stems may arrive in bud to ensure your flowers will be only the finest and freshest stems for as long as possible. This is to further protect the flowers while in transit but also to allow the flowers to last even longer.
4. We make every effort to ensure that the bouquet you receive resembles the bouquet ordered as closely as possible.

Care Instructions:

1. Do not place your flowers in direct sunlight or nearby any other source of excessive heat.
2. When your flowers arrive, remove the wrapping and just trim the stems as required.
3. Use a clean vase and clean fresh tap water.
4. Cut approximately 1 cm-2 cm from the ends of the stems at an angle of 45 degrees.
5. Remove the leaves and foliage below the waterline but do not remove all leaves along the stem length.
6. All flowers benefit from a daily mist of water.
7. To refresh flowers after 2-3 days, remove any drooping flowers, leaves and foliage, re-cut the stems and replace them with fresh tap water.
8. Do not place it above a refrigerator, Television or any other electronic devices.
9. Avoid keeping flowers directly under the ceiling fan and facing of Air Conditioner.

Returns & Refunds:

We offer refunds on the following conditions;

1. The wrong product was sent.
2. The product is defective.
3. The product was damaged during shipping.
4. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Customers can cancel their order within 1 hour; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Dubai Flowers Delivery Timing:

We do same-day delivery from Saturday to Thursday if the orders are placed before 12 pm excluding Friday.

All delivery will be scheduled between 2 PM – 6 PM. However, express delivery option is available upon customer request for an additional charge.
