Delivery Information:

1. The image displayed is only indicative in nature.
2. Although we make 100% efforts to match the image displayed, the actual product delivered may vary in shape or design as per the availability.
3. A majority of our orders are delivered on time as per the time slot selected.
4. This is not met in very rare cases where the situation is beyond our control viz., traffic congestion enroute, remote address for delivery, etc.
5. The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address once the order is prepared for delivery. Although we try not to, occasionally substitution of flowers are done due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.
6. Please be noted that we may have to do this without informing you because we give utmost importance to delivery on time since most of our orders are gifts for a certain occasion.

Care Instructions:

The blue balloon arrangement will be delivered inflated, as shown in the image.
Please keep the balloon arrangement in a safe place away from sharp corners and edges when not in use.

Returns & Refunds:

We offer refunds on the following conditions;

1. The wrong product was sent.
2. The product is defective.
3. The product was damaged during shipping.
4. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Dubai Flowers Delivery Timing:

We do same-day delivery from Saturday to Thursday if the orders are placed before 12 pm excluding Friday.

All delivery will be scheduled between 2 PM – 6 PM. However, an express delivery option is available upon customer request for an additional charge. We offer free delivery for all orders above AED 350. If your order is below 350 AED it will be subject to a 40 AED delivery charge.
