When can you deliver my order?

All orders processed before 12:00 PM will be delivered on the same day. However, orders after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next day. Products are usually out for delivery between 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Is the delivery free of cost?

We offer free delivery of flowers in Dubai if the order is above AED 350. For all other emirates, please contact us on [email protected].

What if my order is below the limit?

If your order is below 350 AED, we will add 50 AED shipping cost in Dubai.

Do you do express delivery?

Yes. We do express delivery in Dubai upon sending a special request to [email protected] or whatsapp us at +971 50 880 0687 for an extra charge of AED 100.

Please follow the below format for your express delivery request;

Subject: Express Delivery #(Order Number)

Body: (Your message) – Expected Delivery Time Period

Will you notify the person I’m sending the flowers to?

We will send an SMS to the receiver about one hour before the delivery. If you do not wish the receiver to be notified, inform us at the point of check out.

How long do your flowers last?

Do you only deliver in Dubai?

Only Dubai customers are eligible for same day delivery. Other emirate buyers must send us an email to [email protected] if you wish to deliver anywhere else in UAE.
